Wonderful experience I have lived at Palms Point for three years and I have enjoyed my time here. Leanne, the manager, has always been available to address any concerns I had, she is a gem. The staff (Leanne, Carmen and and Manny) have always been extremely professional, courteous, friendly and have gone above and beyond to provide us with exceptional service.The property is clean, well maintained, safe and quiet. I highly recommend living in Palms Point.
The "manager" is beyond incompetent!! Lean, who is the manager is an incompetent liar, who never does anything she says. Last year I had no air for a week (middle of summer) went 2 office EVERYDAY to complain, every day they had a new excuse. Not even apologetic at the fact, that it was 80 degrees in my apartment!! Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live.
Do maintenance repairs without having to be reminded half dozen times - aka, respect people's time. Do not go back on your word - this is specific is to Leanne DeLuca, who waived my admin fee over a year ago, and now has decided that I should pay it after all. Wasting my time and energy on an issue that should not even be an issue. People without integrity are a dime a dozen and perhaps you should be employing higher caliber staff.
Perfect Resort Style Living I live in Palm Point for almost a year it is very nice and quite community, They strive to make this community the perfect place for you to call it HOME.
Wonderful neighborhood Palms Point is a quiet, gated community. The complex is also patrolled by guards 24/7. Residents both rent and own units here. There are plenty of children of all ages, but it is still quiet. My husband & I live on the first floor beneath a family with several children & we rarely hear any movement from upstairs. There is always PLENTY of parking CLOSE to our unit, which is a major plus considering our last apartment complex was ALWAYS lacking parking.
