Do maintenance repairs without having to be reminded half dozen times - aka, respect people's time. Do not go back on your word - this is specific is to Leanne DeLuca, who waived my admin fee over a year ago, and now has decided that I should pay it after all. Wasting my time and energy on an issue that should not even be an issue. People without integrity are a dime a dozen and perhaps you should be employing higher caliber staff.
Palms point is BIG cheater and management tried every possible way to take way your security deposit without any reason or tow your guest parked car to make money. When I asked for justification to Management about deduction; I did not get any single proof or word rather silence. This is my third rental community and this is worst community in Coral Sprigs. Please stay away from this community. Management, I request you to be honest and treat people with high regards.
