THE PALMS IS INDEPENDANT LIVING AND ASSISTED AS WELL AS MEMORY CARE. For independent living it is the next driveway down in a lovely community of villas 4 to each bldg. Clubhouse and 4ft. Heated pool Very nice living
The facilities are clean and comfortable, staff is happy and friendly, residents seem well cared for and content in their surroundings.
My parents lived in the Villas. The apartment was nice and maintenance was mostly efficient. However, the once a week cleaning was basically a joke. My parents had to hire their own service. The food was horrible. Not only the choices and quality, but they ran out of everything! How can that happen when you have a set number of diners? I would not recommend a 5 -Star run facility anywhere.
Today i toured this AMAZING facility!! From the time I walked in until it was time to leave i felt genuine kindness. Such a beautiful and safe place for you or your loved one.Thank you so much to the staff, Amy and Jennifer .
Jennifer Smith, Sales Director, personally welcomed us to The Palms of St Lucie West. She sat with us and explained what services are offered, and how the community is organized and functions. She walked us through both the independent and assisted living quarters and gathering places. We left with a positive view of their operations, found clean, well maintained buildings, warm and caring feelings of the staff and residents with whom we interacted.
