We have been here for 5 years. Love our apartment. We are close to medical and shopping. If I have a maintenance problem it is fixed in a timely manner. The office and maintenance staff are great. They are having events for the community.
I am a 4 year resident so I have the real real. The apartments have great floorplans some with a long lake view. The grounds are full of mature trees and I have carport parking(recommended). Some units are renovated some have not been or have some wear and tear over 25 years but all are maintained well and clean when you move in. I don't use maintenance alot and repair things when I can but sometimes you need them and they take care of things through a work request portal and it works fine.
