Been living here for a few years now, was good at first but now the rent here has nearly doubled while the place itself has been getting worse and worse. The mosquitos are INSANE here. you literally can’t take a walk in the daytime without getting eaten alive within seconds. I’ve also been told by many neighbors that moved out that the new management charged them for every little thing they could (including normal wear and tear). I don’t plan to renew again next year. Beware of the free month promotion. We’ve been following Palms of Monterrey for over a year because most of the time they don’t have anything available. The monthly rentals have increase $1,000+ per month since last year and are over-priced now - so no one is saving any money by renting here. This sounds like trickster advertising to take advantage of people or perhaps a bait and switch roo - such a disappointment especially since Hurricane season will be here soon, economy is unstable and flood zone.
Tulio was amazing helping us on our tour the apartments are beautiful. All around fantastic
