Property staff is on outer space. Apartment was not even close to move in ready when we moved in. Cheap paint sprayed on floor throughout the entire place. Shower heads spraying to the ceiling, cabinets rotting and falling off in kitchen. Doors missing and broken on closets. Holes in the wall. Wires dangling out of the wall. When you move in to the Palms make sure you take pictures of anything that is wrong and fill out the paperwork for it. We just moved out after two years and my daughter was there 3 years and they are sneaky. My daughter was told when maintenance came to look at a leak in her apartment and she was cleaning before handing in the keys that she didn’t have to clean as they paint the walls and clean. We rented at Palms of Monterrey in 2021 and completely loved it. All of our neighbors had been renting for 5+ years because they also loved it. Management was very responsive too.
