I moved in here in November and since then I have had the experience from hell. Btw don’t get the insurance they provide because if you get it and the pipes burst it won’t cover your damaged property. This place is a scam and they offer no help. I wish I never moved I can’t wait to get out of here.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE WE HAD A DEAD BODY ON THE ROOF, THE POLICE RAIDED THE BUILDING TO CATCH A MURDER (they did) AND SOMEONE SHOT THEIR GUN IN OUR BUILDING PROMPTING SWAT TO LOCK DOWN THE BUILDING (all public info) YOUR GOING TO PAY 1000 TO LIVE IN THE HOOD WHEN YOU COULD SPEND LESS AND LIVE IN THE HOOD IN OAK CLIFF. THIS PLACE WAS GREAT WHEN IT WAS L UNDER LINCOLN PROPERTY ITS GONE TO HELL AND TRASH EVERYWHERE SINCERELY-433
Clean the pools. Its monsoon season and these nasty pools will soon be mosquito infested swamps. Your landscapers are just blowing their crap onto patios and they didn't reseed with rye grass for summer. Hope you didn't pay for that.

I do not recommend this place for nothing, because of the expensive rent rs an unsafe place, robberies on several occasions in cars, smell of marijuana in the hallways, dirty hallway carpets, the truth is very bad experience
