why is there a giant stream of water coming from a hole in the ceiling for the hotel room jacuzzi. Also the beds are awful
Views from the suites are awesome
It was s nice place to stay only thing was pee in the toilet and a bucket of parts for the sink and wet rags but they did come back and get it and people make mistakes so I still recommend oh and no house keeping
Staff is very rude my food order got stolen twice and I will be taking this up with general manager. This is unacceptable
So we booked this trip for my boyfriend's birthday. Arrived to a decorated room that the fridge had been broke in for weeks. They moved us to another suite and gave us two tickets for brunch the next day. Then come back next day from the grand canyon to our room keys being deactivated because the lady forgot to get a card on file. Wouldnt let me upstairs to retrieve my card without being escorted by security. Which is completely humiliating by the way. Then we called this morning and got a later check out.
