Beautiful resort with easy access in and out . Elegant and beautiful
First time staying at this property, we will definitely be back in the future. Very nice establishment.
This can be a great hotel but service has gone to the dogs. The front desk is mean! The spa at least 2-3 things don't work & they try to skip over it like it's not there or offer a percentage off for it. Restaurants are good. Service just sucks here though .
Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Stay I was really disappointed with my stay at palms place. First off, the TV in my room didn’t work at all. I tried calling the front desk, but no one was able to fix it, which made my evening much less enjoyable. The room itself was in horrible condition. It was dirty and clearly outdated. There were stains on the carpet, and the furniture looked like it hadn't been replaced in years. The bathroom was no better – it was grimy, and the fixtures were falling apart.
