I only gave 1 star so I could leave my review. Out of all my years with Palms this was by far the worst visit ever. I didn't get treated and they had me to see i PA that acted like she didn't have a care in the world. Throughout the whole time I was in the room with her she kept her distance as if she was afraid to get close to me. Taneja Priya was her name. I was in there for an 50 in the exam room. I don’t even know why we set appointment. Why should it take that long?
Get a call back from a provider is like a mission impossible. No one ever call with results even if it’s abnormal or ordered Stat. No one ever check the patient portal, lazy ppl.
Nurse doesn't know how to do her job. Always overbooked so you're never seen on time. The only time I had an appointment that was on time was December 2025, and that was to establish care...even then the doctor i saw rushed me in and out. I DON'T RECOMMEND!
