I am very disappointed in this office and their communication skills, I have had to wait too long to get the lab results, I have had to wait for this office to correct the orders on a referral, then when I am told at an appointment that they would call in an antibiotic I had to follow up 2 days later when that did not happen. I have left multiple phone messages that were not responded to in a timely manner, even wrote an email on the web portal, it took 1 1/2 weeks to have a response.
