Took my 2500HD in a week ago. They do a nice job for the price but a dent in my fender wasn't what I expected. After investigating, I determined it was caused by folding the drivers door mirror forward then opening the door. Left word for James to call me, he did but that's as far as it went. This lack of customer service will cost him at least 5 steady customers.
Palms did an outstanding job cleaning my truck, inside and out! Friendly service and great prices!
Had a complete shampoo and inside cleaning. Everything was great. Will be using again.

Great work, great people, great prices. They are sometimes very busy so I recommend drop off and pick up in a couple hours. If they are that busy, they must be doing something right. Some people are impossible to satisfy. ^
