I went to them today and found them to be very helpful. The technician who did the ultrasound was very kind and she answered a lot of my questions. After experiencing the horror of Akumin, coming here was a welcomed relieve.
Had an MRI this week and it was a wonderful experience. The entire staff was caring and helpful and the technician made me feel comfortable and explained everything every step of the way. knowing my fears about having the test. I highly recommend Palms Diagnostic. Thank you all for the care I received and answering all my questions. with a smile on your face no matter how busy you were. Many Thanks
Horrible experience. Made me wait for an hour to be called while I had to fast. When they finally called me in I was assigned to a technician who could not find a vein for the IV. She just kept sticking me until I made her stop and get another tech who did it in one try. I will never return to that facility.
