Stayed there for 4 nights starting Nov 14 2024. In general the place was clean but the carpets were worn and dirty looking. The pass keys didn't work on the first room they assigned us so they had to rebook us on another floor. The ice machine on that floor had a sign on it saying it had been broken since early Oct (almost a month ago). The final kicker was they charged us for mini bar service when nothing was consumed from the mini bar. Evidently trying to use the ice bucket was reason enough for them to charge us. We went to Palms Casino on Thursday 10/24/24 because that’s the only casino I know that has The Coffee Bean inside and also to play at the machines, I was not even parked yet when 3 securities on bike were following us. When we got out of the car one of them requested to see our ID’s (they weren’t police just security of the hotel) I asked why, he said they had an incident with the same car the day before. We stayed at Palms Casino Resort over the Memorial day holiday 2022 two weeks after reopening. The resort was clean and beautiful, however during our 4 nights stay we did NOT receive any room service (clean towels, clean bedsheet, toilet paper). I had to stop by the front desk a few times in order to get some toilet paper. And yet we still got charged for room service.

Palms was our go to place before covid-19. When will it re-open?
I have nothing negative to say. I had a great time.
5 star penthouse suite,has everything balcony jacuzzi,pool table and all the other comforts of home.

As a surprise, I rented out a penthouse suite and scheduled for a private chef to come in a cook for my fiancé in the use of their full service kitchen. What a mistake. Then minute I walked in the suite there was a musky odor. The room and furniture were ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. Had it not been for the chef scheduled to arrive, there would have been NO WAY I would have stayed in that room. It reminded me of Motel 6.
