When I first bought my rental property in Mesa, I called Palms Away to remove four palm trees. I was extremely satisfied with the results. The trees were cut down in a very safe and skillful manner, the stumps were perfectly ground down and everything was meticulously cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend this company.
Marcy offers an excellent service. I have had a few communication issues from time to time and I have recommended updating her Palms Away Google My Business account with email and/or text contact information. A dedicated email account for the business where you can treat any customer request as a to do and then delete when resolved might be helpful. I was busy when we spoke last, but will follow up to help out with that. I'll give you 5 stars after we get that in place!
We have been using Palms Away for the last ten years for trimming of our 13 date palm trees for our business property. We used them in July this year in which they did not use tarps on the ground. This unfortunately caused the dates to stain the sidewalks. After asking them to clean the sidewalks, they came out and attempted to get rid of the stains. At this point they must have figured that removing the stains would have been more expensive than the fee for the initial job. In the end, they did not stand behind their work!
