Wonderful Place to Call Home! I’ve been living at Palms at Wyndtree for 2 years , and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The management team is professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any maintenance requests. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the common areas are always clean and inviting. Horrible horrible application process with Martina in the leasing office.
Would have stayed here much longer if I didn't move across state for work. Never had huge issues, anytime we did the maintenance team fixed it as fast as they could get to it. We had our ac system die on us, 4 days later they had the entire air handler and compressor REPLACED. In the time our ac was down they supplied us with a window unit so we had at least a little cool air. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the interior is a bit older, they do small updates but it's still a bit behind interior design wise.... read more
