I never leave negative reviews, but this experience has been terrible. I booked my reservation months in advance, and my confirmation clearly states I can cancel for a full refund up to 72 hours before check-in. Despite that, my card was charged months early. I would not recommend booking with this hotel. I made my reservation back in March for a stay in October 2026, and my confirmation email clearly states that I can cancel for a full refund up to 72 hours before check-in. Despite that, they charged my card months in advance without any notice. To make matters worse, I’ve tried calling, emailing, and texting multiple times, and no one responds. I love the Room atmosphere It’s a large suite with tall rooftop and very nice sunlight, the kitchen has whatever you need to feel like home We reserved 4 days but extended stay for a while It’s 5 stars service with nice and friendly staff The pool is amazing Just give it a shot to stay in the best location of area , this is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a clean and quiet suite ❤️❤️❤️
Very nice place to take your family or friends to enjoy the weekend or just to take some time off and relax. From family vacations to business trips or just have some temporary housing needs, Hands down Palm Desert Suites is the IDEAL place to be! Whatever situation I might have or be in Palm Desert Suites provides the comfort and the flexibility that I need. You can book a room for the night or extend your stay for the week or stay all month long for a very reasonable fair price.
I posted a review before, and was asked to take it down so a charge could be reversed. So now i am writing another review. Back in February 2026, my credit card was charged for a room at the hotel. I noticed it the day it was pending. I called my cc company, but they said they couldn't do anything until it went through. So i called the hotel, 2 days straight with no answer or return phone call.
