There is no office or physical check in. It’s all done via AI. Checked in using code. That evening I almost stepped on a vagrant lying at bottom of my stairs. The lighting is almost nil outside so was tough to see him. I was also there during a heat wave and my room the AC didn’t work. Also strangely no light bulb in bedside lamp. There were definitely some pros and cons to staying here. Pros: *Good location *Nice pool * Comfortable bed... Minus the stains on it. *Full kitchen Cons: *No front desk, you can only contact employee through a phone call. * The person I spoke to was a bit condescending and impatient * The room would have been nice if the sofa wasn't serevly stained, the mattress was a bit stained also * The pool was definitely not heated as I was told * Lack of security
When you find a jewel amongst the ordinary, what do you do? Do you keep it a secret to yourself, or do you tell everyone so they might also experience it. That was my debate after staying here the night. But this place is so wonderful that it would be beyond selfish not to share. Wonderful service from the first phone call to the end checkout. Super nice looks newly remodeled
We stayed here 12 days for both weekends of Coachella 2026. We had a wonderful stay, and were greatly attended to by the staff and owner of the hotel. The hotel is ideally located in a quiet corner off of the main road, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. Our rooms were so clean and comfortable! We had everything we needed; a stove, oven, fridge, freezer. This made it convenient for our long stay. We really enjoyed our time there - it was wonderful! Thank you for an incredible stay! We’ll definitely be back!
