I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid $300 for an application, only to have it denied due to “insufficient information to prove identity.” My partner and I are both working American citizens, and this should’ve been a simple issue to resolve. I reached out to the property manager, who told me to contact the application company manager. When I did that, he just sent me back to the property manager. My wife and i stayed here with my daughter for two weeks. The apartments are nice, but they had some maintenance people powerwash the sidewalks and got blowback all over the front of my car. The trash was piled up at the dumpster. The gate did not always shut and was left open at times. The grounds were well maintained.
The Professionalism from the staff is great. The apartments are very nice and clean. Maintenance is very good at responding on time.
