Very bad experience with the lease office management. I went to the leasing office to inform them that I will vacating the apartment 1110. They told me twice about the 30-day notice period as long as I am on a month-to-month rental. But now when I gave the 30-day notice as advised by their management, they are asking me to pay reletting fee of about ~$1600 and stating notice period is 60 days. I was looking for a one-bedroom apartment in the vicinity of the NASA JSC. The Palms at Clear Lake came up as one of my top choices. Liked the area, liked the amenities this apartment complex offers. The office staff was most helpful in navigating me through the tedious application process. Thank you!
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. The front desk team consistently fails to address my concerns. Every month, I find additional charges on my bill, and when I inquire about them, I'm told they will be adjusted in the next month's bill. However, these adjustments never occur, and the additional charges continue to appear each month. This situation is frustrating and a waste of time. Got an airbnb and stayed for more than 10 days in a one bedroom first floor apartment. Super nice and spacious, but full of roaches
Bad communication Lies and delays We submitted our application at the beginning of March and still we're not approved in April so I called to complain and get our money back as we had to sign a lease somewhere else since they took longer than expected I was told on the phone we were approved and they don't do refunds for people who were approved then proceeded to say they called and emailed us...there were no voicemails from them and no emails from them when i complained they said they would speak to a manager and call me ba... read more
