I have been a tenant since 2007. I havent had any problems. When there is something to be fixed by the time I return from work it is done. The staff is very respectful to me. I love this place. Yes we have had a fire here which could happen anywhere.
Worst insect infestations ever. Roaches, fruit flies, and bedbugs.
A cozy and nicely placed complex nearby Downtown at a decent rate. My first apartment period. An older estate with some of the better prices in the area (2023-2024), despite that, when available, the units have been being remodeled, and luckily we got one of the newest remodels. The staff were all really helpful with helping me understand all of the paperwork that came with signing a lease for the first time etc, and whenever we have had issues Felicia and everyone i've talked to at the office has helped out.
