I've been homeless and this is still the worst place I've ever lived. The roaches are a legitimate health hazard. Look at the number of reviews that mention roaches and tell me this is a safe place to live. When anyone in the building closes their front door the windows shake. I was charged over 300 dollars a month for heating a 1000 sqft apartment to the balmy temp of 60 degrees all winter and no one came to fix the meter until after I had told the office I was leaving. I have been a tenant since 2007. I havent had any problems. When there is something to be fixed by the time I return from work it is done. The staff is very respectful to me. I love this place. Yes we have had a fire here which could happen anywhere.
Worst insect infestations ever. Roaches, fruit flies, and bedbugs.
