Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Somewhat Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? No Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? No Did this provider spend time asking questions and listening to you? Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? No, I didn't receive anything at all Would you recommend this dentist to others? I Already Have Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in! Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Bad experience.
