Wow! What a truly awful experience. This is one of those if I could give zero or negative stars reviews - I have worked in equipment dealerships my whole professional life, so 26 years at this point. Dealing with Trac Vac over the last year has been one of the worst situations I have ever been stuck in. It's a shame. This used to be a great company that made great products. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received from Trac Vac. I called them with questions about parts I needed for my unit to repair it. I wanted to make sure they had the parts in stock before I placed an order. At first I was met by a nice woman who found out if the parts I needed were in stock or not and one of them I needed was out of stock and would not be in stock for another 4 weeks. Prices are pretty high, but try finding what you need somewhere else... good luck. Takes months to get your order, but... supply and demand. Again good luck finding trac vac parts anywhere else. People there in Thorntown are very nice.
