I have had my Trac Vac for over 15 years. It is the best piece of equipment that I have ever purchased. Recently I had to replace a latch on my vac trailer. I ordered the latch and I had it in a few day. I was having a difficult time installing the part since the latch was an upgrade from the original latch that I was replacing. Been a repeat customer for years. Best leaf vac on the market. Only Custom Metal Chutes. Stocks parts, Much higher quality then the competitors. It also seems they are always upgrading products. I know a few years ago, they seemed to be having issues with some employees, but they have found solutions for that, back to the way they have been for years.

I love my Trac Vac 880. Just bought a new one a year ago, My past 880 was 20 years old, before I order a new Vac from Trac Vac. Great quality, and also the only company to make a custom steel chute. That is old school, something companies just do not offer anymore. You get a lot of machine for the money. It took me a extra 2 weeks because of the custom chute but it was well worth the wait. Many of my friends now also bought a Trac Vac over the past many years, Thank you Trac Vac team!!

Wow! What a truly awful experience. This is one of those if I could give zero or negative stars reviews - I have worked in equipment dealerships my whole professional life, so 26 years at this point. Dealing with Trac Vac over the last year has been one of the worst situations I have ever been stuck in. It's a shame. This used to be a great company that made great products. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received from Trac Vac. I called them with questions about parts I needed for my unit to repair it. I wanted to make sure they had the parts in stock before I placed an order. At first I was met by a nice woman who found out if the parts I needed were in stock or not and one of them I needed was out of stock and would not be in stock for another 4 weeks.
