Came for a Christmas party. The venue was beautiful, clean and staff were friendly. Restroom were updated and easily accessible. The only draw back was the parking. The parking is absolutely horrible. They have a small lot and there is paid parking but for a large event the parking is not suitable unfortunately.
We could not have chosen a better space for our June wedding! We had looked at a ton of venues in Chicago and nothing really felt like us until we saw Palmhouse. The location was also still very accessible for guests staying in the city and hotels in Evanston are also convenient. The management is professional, easy to work with, and truly felt like partners. Good for the all event. Only things parking is not easy.
Words can’t describe how amazing my experience at Palmhouse was!! The space is absolutely incredible. The staff was attentive and able to help me get cocktails and food that met my dietary needs. The venue manager really helped make the space feel complete, she was very helpful in answering my questions and catering the space to feel like my own. The bar staff was also really knowledgeable, my guests still rave about them to this day!!!
