RecommendedMy dog, Murphy, has been going here since his ACL surgery. Palmetto Vet did an excellent job with his surgery and care even after the surgery. I have since moved my other dog, Ellie, to Palmetto Vet. All of the vets and techs are extremely kind and helpful!
Dr Stallings & Team are the best - caring, knowledgeable and won't send you to the poor house. Highly recommended.

We have been going here for 6 years and in the last three we have been using Dr. Gwinn. He takes his time and talks with you and works with you. Took a while to figure out how to treat our cat but I think we got it down... I would recommend him to anyone...
I absolutely love Palmetto vet, I recommend them to all my friends & family! Wouldn't trust anyone smart with my babies with fur!
Wouldn't take my babies any where else.. back in August of last year we found out my girl at 11 years old had a growth on her spleen after having surgery she passed away and they knocked my bill almost in half and cremated her for us.. I have took my dogs to these wonderful people for 6 years and will continue to do so.. actually just took my sons new pup to them this morning. Great staff and doctors I love them and so do my pups..
I love this vet, and I'm really really hard to please when it comes to vets. There are several other vets that I have had to leave.
