Palmetto vet is EXCEPTIONAL! I don't think five stars can touch how kind and professional and affordable they are. Dr Adam Mcgarity took one look at my dog and immediately diagnosed her correctly and treated us both with such kindness. Everyone from the front door to the back takes great pride in their work.
