Needed struts and a blower motor (A/C) on my SUV. Palmetto T&B fixed my car in one day (had appt), but best of all was the fair pricing. Excellent customer service too - even waited a few minutes past closing so I could get my car.
Great service and pricing
$120 for 30 dollar oil change and changing the 4 easiest plugs you could literally charge on a Dodge Caliber, oh and I supplied the plugs. Bull crap and a rip off. Labor rate is the same as the dealer which knows what fluids to put (you don’t put ATF+4 on a Aisin Tranny on a Cummins) and they won’t knock you upside the head. Glad I didn’t let them service my 2017 Ram 3500. Don’t go to Palmetto Tire and brake!!!!
Wonderful customer service, speedy work, and exceptional service. I have had my car serviced twice here and have never had any problems. They are very friendly, and informative, and not pushy at all. I will be coming back for future service.
