If your a property owner, Courtney is "Five Stars!" However, if you are a prospective renter as I was, you are an afterthought. I diligently completed my rental application, paid the appropriate fees ($300 for four adults), provided all the necessary income information and still was required to provide my last three months bank statements. Terrible and NOT responsive except to "file a Maintenance Request" when having issues, including when my Smoke/Fire Alarms woke me up at 5:30 one morning. Neighbors suggested call the Fire Department, they came out and found Termites in Alarm and said that's what caused it. Now, moved out and PRAYING to get REFUND over $3,000 had to pay, they sent me, finally, almost a month, BILLING for $1115.50 for things I had already done etc. BE AWARE, especially, if older Retired lady without family!

I rented a home from Palmetto State for 2 years and have found them to be the worst landlord I have ever encountered. First of all, when we moved into the home which rented for $3,000 in July - we found that the air conditioning ducts were ruined and were unable to cool the second floor of the home. It took until NOVEMBER (over 4 months) to get the problem fixed. Additionally, the property was infested with rats which ruined appliances by chewing through the cords.
