This is an ongoing saga. After significant effort, many weeks and emails, etc., they refunded me most of the bucks for an old gun advertised as 'completely functional', but with a barrel so bent as to be outright dangerous to shoot. NEVER BUY FROM PALMETTO STATE ARMORY! I was a customer for many years, I will never buy from them again. I placed several orders over the past 2 weeks. One had 2 items, first item shipped in a few days, took 11 days to be delivered to my home. Second item $79.00 trigger, still hadn't shipped after 12 days. I found the item elsewhere and no longer needed that trigger. Called and waited on hold for about 45 minutes, got a customer service rep. No ammo for sale. Can’t use steel ammo because they don’t want to sort. Can’t shoot magnum load because they don’t wanna hurt their lane. Employees were poor attitude don’t give a fuck whether you’re there to spend money or not. Total waste of time go to C2C!!

Worse gun dealer on the planet...Sub par materials and Horrible Customer service..I mean No Service!!! I wrote letters,even to owner,emailed,left voice mails...NOT A SINGLE REPLY!!! Thinking of buying a PSA item...think again!!! Want a lower end AR buy a Diamondback...Lifetime Warranty, made in Florida and great customer service...Hope PSA files for bankruptcy...sick of seeing gun guys being ripped off.PS US Veteran

I purchased a Taurus G3C, from Palmetto State Armory, on June 22. Website shows delivered to FFL in Plano, Texas, on 7-4. FFL says it they have never received it. Tried contacting on the internet... NO REPLY! Tried calling store>>> NO ANSWER! Help!

Too bad I didn't read the yelp reviews of this place before placing an order. Other reviews state that their customer service is pretty much non-existent. Apparently it's true. I ordered a product from their web site on April 4th. On the same day, I received two E-mails indicating that the order was "In process". It became oblivious that there was a duplicate order(same product). I immediately sent an E-mail to customer service requesting a cancellation of the second order. They do have some good products at decent prices but their customer service is horrible. I have never been in there and treated like an equal, all of the employees and sales people treat you as if it is somehow a hassle and an inconvenience to help you. Also, when they a make a mistake they just ignore it. Specifically, I purchased a $25 gift card last November and was charged 3 separate charges for $25 each. I’ve been so impressed by PSA’s firearms that I carry one of their rifles in my patrol car, instead of the rifle issued to me.
