Was having severe pain in hip just aftwr rhe 1st session knew I was on my way to recovery
I went to see Dr. Stellfox in extreme pain with a bulging disc. He listened to my concerns and carefully formulated a treatment plan specific to my particular issues. He not only treated me through adjustments and decompression therapy, but also modified my workout routine and gave me targeted exercises to strengthen my core and improve balance. I was a bit of a skeptic at first, but Dr. Stellfox has done more than the many steroid shots and visits to the orthopedist.

I am so happy I found Palmetto Spine and Pain. I had a traumatic experience years ago with a different chiropractor. Palmetto Spine and Pain has changed my outlook on chiropractors. Dr. Stellfox has done an amazing job understanding my concerns. I was told from a neurosurgeon that I need 6 disc fused. I was struggling walking and in constant pain but after a month here I feel so much better. I can’t wait to see what future months hold as I’m getting more relief.
