Dr. Houston saw me on the day that his office was closed after i was in a car accident that wrecked my teeth and i did not have a dentist yet in the upstate. he opened his office for me during the holidays. i cried most of my visit with him and he was so kind and gentle throughout it all. he was one of the people who helped my smile return to how it was before. he is still my dentist today and it’s always a joy seeing him and his staff. he truly has the kindest hygienists and people in his office. if i ever get a compliment ... read more
This review is from Bonnie not Robert. In May/June of 2023 I saw Dr Houston for dentures. The dentures did not fit properly and I had to return several times for adjustments. The lower denture would not stay in if I talked, much less eat with them. He adjusted them so much he had to have a make a new one. Still terrible. He didn’t seem to care at that point but he did recommend a dentist about snap in dentures. What a joke! Who could afford $16k on top of the thousands I had already paid (and still paying)?
