I went to this dentist for new dentures. They did an Xray, the dentist came in the room but never looked in my mouth. He charged for a comprehensive exam. After I received the insurance approval I called the office they claimed they hadn't received the approval and they would call me when received, two months later no call. I have an appointment will a different dentist.
First visit at Palmetto Smile Center was November 10, 2022 appointment was at 12:30pm (I was on time) and did not get seen by the doctor until 2:30pm (I had to let the workers know that I had been waiting too long) there was nothing done and had to reschedule for an appointment on 12/7/2022 for a cleaning. The office called me to reschedule me for 12/8/2022 because they were overbooked. On 12/8/2022 my appointment was at 7:30am I arrived there at 7:37am. The doctors and staff are very nice and professional. They answered all of my questions and were very patient with me. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone!!
