I call to tell them my secret system wasn’t working it took them forever to come my system is still not working it goes off for no reason waking me up in the middle of the night,they want me to pay 300 to replace a radio,

Was a customer of CSI for years and became PSI customer after they purchased CSI. In January my fire alarm in my business went off for over an hour, no fire truck was dispatched and I could not get through to anyone at PSI. When I finally did , the tec told me he didn’t have a ladder so what was he supposed to do? Finally showed up and said it was never hooked in system that’s why no fire truck came when alarm went off. When Palmetto Security Systems used to be Coastal Security, we never had an issue with a single thing. Since the moment CSI was bought by PSS it's nothing but problems. First and foremost it takes entirely too long to get someone to come out and change a battery in a sensor, especially when we pay a monthly fee for maintenance. Secondly, when PSS took over, they didn't do their due diligence and take care of their customers by making sure that all payments were processed accordingly.
