Had an awful experience during my last visit, may need to find another Retina center, Dr. Gross did not greet me when enter room, matter of fact, felt like I was invisible, I was concerned about my eye condition and he brushed me off for asking questions as IF WHAT I felt did not matter, showed no compassion NOT sure if it was my skin color. 😢 Almost felt like I was bothering him and he became annoyed.
