I rented from this company for 4 years. Throughout my tenancy, I was never late on my rent, and I even provided a 60-day notice before moving out, even though my lease only required a 30-day notice. I did everything I could to be a responsible tenant. After moving out, I was disappointed to receive over $1,600 in deductions from my security deposit. Great company to rent from ! My only complaint would be rental prices increasing after you've leased with them for a year.
