I had the windows tinted on my 2013 Ford Fusion. I purchased the highest quality film which included a lifetime warranty. All of the windows are bubbling throughout the film. I called and spoke with the employee concerning my issue and if I could have it replaced. She told me that I am required to have the receipt of purchase. I said it's been 5 years, I don't have it. Now: Film turned out to be Poor Quality product. Bad customer service management. Owners not taking responsibility for their products. Would not recommend this place. 3 years ago: Great service, quality & price. Got 2 cars fully tinted by them.
