Dr. Lucy Davis is absolutely amazing! My husband and I have been going to this practice for years. It is a true shame the company/staff/ is laking in customer service/competence. No one knows the answers or gets back to you with them. They do not respond to phone calls or voicemails. If you call, you get sent to a call center and zero chance someone will actually call you back. No way to get in touch with the office directly. Patient for 12 years. Service is poor. Handling of prescriptions is a huge pain. Their messaging service is even worse and is manned by affirmative action hires.
This is probably the worst doctors office I have been to I was a patient for about 7 years or more. Their mission is to do as little as possible. They will not answer the phone they can’t send a prescription correctly. I’m honestly not sure what they can do right. Three months I had already booked an appointment to move to MUSC as my primary care wish I had done this way sooner. They cannot retain any employee so you will always see a new doctor.
