Dr. Lucy Davis is absolutely amazing! My husband and I have been going to this practice for years. It is a true shame the company/staff/ is laking in customer service/competence. No one knows the answers or gets back to you with them. They do not respond to phone calls or voicemails. If you call, you get sent to a call center and zero chance someone will actually call you back. No way to get in touch with the office directly. You have to call everyday for a week to get anything done, if not longer. Need a referral or routine... read more
Patient for 12 years. Service is poor. Handling of prescriptions is a huge pain. Their messaging service is even worse and is manned by affirmative action hires.
