I have been going to this office for 10 years. For the last couple of years I have noticed a marked decline in all areas of this practice. Office management appears nonexistent as well as front staff and nursing staff. No one answers the phone when you call. Voice messages are not acknowledged or returned. Terrible experience – unprofessional and disrespectful staff I scheduled an annual checkup with Irene Spanos after having trouble finding a primary care doctor. I arrived 10 minutes early, was brought back within five minutes to take my vitals, and then was told—without prior notice—that this was being treated as a “new patient appointment,” not a checkup. Nice little facility with a friendly staff.
The worst customer service! This place is understaffed starting at scheduling all the way to the physicians… do not go here if you need essential services from a primary care physician.
The Staff and Physicians are wonderful! I couldn't ask for a Better place to take care of me!!!
