Terrible experience – unprofessional and disrespectful staff I scheduled an annual checkup with Irene Spanos after having trouble finding a primary care doctor. I arrived 10 minutes early, was brought back within five minutes to take my vitals, and then was told—without prior notice—that this was being treated as a “new patient appointment,” not a checkup. Nice little facility with a friendly staff.
The worst customer service! This place is understaffed starting at scheduling all the way to the physicians… do not go here if you need essential services from a primary care physician.
