Since we found this provider, we have never had a good experience. Even seeing a couple of different ones. The front office staff is rude, cannot answer basic questions but has the audacity to hang up when someone is upset that they cannot answer basic questions. Had the office manager contact me to say, "yes they record calls" but her employee told her I was rude. Ma'am - did you listen to the call?
