Whoever answered the phone today at 2:08 pm is extremely unprofessional. I asked if the facility accepts adults or children only because it is not clear to me on my insurance company’s site. She said 18+ and asked my age and said it doesn’t apply to me and we can move on with the phone call. Huh? Then says she will forward the info and not sure when someone will call back to schedule. Read the bad reviews, not one of them is lying. Firstly...Dr Sword is a good doctor. He will listen to your concerns and address them. He will take his time and get to know his patient's health history. His nurse is also good. BUT his reception staff is AWFUL and beyond rude! Another provider heard how Diamond was talking to me...I was trying to get a referral to Columbia Eye Clinic. The receptionist there heard how she was talking to me and told me to forget the referral, she didn't trust her to do what she was supposed to ... read more

This is the most unprofessional doctor's office I've ever visited. From the staff to the physicians themselves, especially NP Arielya Binn. I visited needing to be seen for stomach pain keeping me awake for 2 weeks, (turns out I had ulcers) and NP Binn, instead of referring me to a gastrointestinal doctor like most would do, literally told me "let's wait and see what happens" causing more pain until I was forced to go to the ER to eventually get the referral I needed. THEEE absolute worse. If I could give it negative stars I would. The attitudes of this staff is ridiculous. No one asked you to work at this facility-they obviously don’t want to be there. The receptionist, Diamond, would do everything in her power to reschedule you because she just wants to sit on the clock all day. If you don’t want to be pissed off and/or stop yourself from matching the energy they give- don’t even CONSIDER this place.
