Have gone over a week without important medication, I’ve called and spoken to a receptionist like 3 times and left multiple messages on the normal and prescription line as well.
Palmetto Primary Care uses third party billing. When they bill your insurance incorrectly and you tell them, they won’t do anything about it. Instead they’ll send you to collections and continue to not do anything. No matter how many times you call, they either won’t return your call or won’t fix the issue. Then they’ll garnish your wages for a bill that’s over a year old that they legally don’t have the right to do.
