Brian and Yali are the best!!! They were actively involved in every small and large aspect of our pool project. They are top notch business owners and we felt like family through the whole process. We decided to use Palmetto Pools for our gunite pool in fall ‘23. Digging started April 30 and by mid-August we were swimming in our beautiful 20x35 backyard oasis. Brian is an exemplary contractor. He was always quick to respond with questions and was very present at every step of the construction process. Brian and the crew started construction on our back yard oasis last year. Unfortunately it was finished just in time to shut it down for winter. Needless to say we’re using it almost daily now. I can say building a pool is expensive and stressful. Despite the occasional hick up, Brian and his team were always there to answer questions and rectify whatever issues we had.
