Let me tell you about Lynne, she put up with a lot. I was suspicious and worried as I tried to escape a bad situation and she weathered it all with grace and understanding. She worked with me and went out of her way to video the property so that I could see it before moving across state lines. When I ran into issues with Venmo she was polite and calm and gave me an alternative. When she met me at the property today to give me the keys she was just as pleasant in person.
I wanted to take time to write a review about our process on going through and renting a house with Lynne moon I highly recommend her. She is very easy to work with and this whole process has been so smooth and stress free 10/10
We are out of state and Lynne manages 2 of our rentals….recently she coordinated a full renovation of one of our units….it turned out beautifully and very timely…Paul sure had his work cut out for him with the condition the previous tenants left it in…..full remodel including kitchen, 3 baths, flooring, paint, fixtures, hardware, electrical, plumbing and even removed the dated popcorn ceiling, etc!
