Living here has been a good experience so far. I moved in a couple of months ago and haven’t really had any problems with my apartment, and when I did maintenance was quick to respond. Their team is great and they have always been willing to help since the beginning, my apartment was in great condition and for the price is a win!
DO NOT COME. Apartment appliances and interiors are all extremely old and breaks every other day. Management charges a fortune for repairs of their antique facilities (if they respond to you at all). Charges $50 a month just for online rent payment (and no, there is no other option). Can’t wait to get out. Will see how much more scam they pull off.

The staff for the most part apart from one specific staff member is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are done fairly quickly and Jacqueline was a wonder for our leasing process. They have a good system in place and they seem eager to improve. I have not been here for long but so far so good!
He vivido aquí por 8 meses y sin duda alguna apenas terminé mi contrato me iré, se me ha dañado la secadora y se demoraron 2 semanas en venir a arreglarla luego fue la llave del baño y se demoraron 3 semanas y ahora tengo mi lavadora descompuesta con agua estancada que hace que el apartamento tenga un olor asqueroso 🤢. Han pasado 10 días y nadie nos dice nada nadie viene arreglarla no contestan el teléfono ni mucho menos .
