I’ve lived at Palmetto Place for years, and the new staff has completely changed the experience for the better! The office team is friendly, responsive, and actually listens to residents. Maintenance is faster and more reliable, and the whole community just feels more cared for. It finally feels like home again, and I’m so glad I stayed!

No le recomiendo a nadie pero a nadie aplicar para este condominio, la administración son una estafa , no te ayudan en nada y te desaprueban y pierdes tu dinero , la administración es pésima les recomiendo no pasar por lo que me pasó a mí que perdí mi dinero aún teniendo un crédito de 759 y salario fijo y aún así me estafaron mi dinero , la peor experiencia que puedan vivir si aplicar a ese lugar , yo no sé lo recomendaría a nadie en absoluto
Este condominio es una vergüenza. La administración es lo peor: ineficaz, desinteresada y completamente inútil empezando por Ashley. No responden a las quejas, ignoran los problemas y solo están pendientes de cobrar, aunque los servicios sean inexistentes. La basura es un asco. Contenedores siempre desbordados, malos olores por todas partes y ninguna gestión adecuada de residuos. Dejan la basura por días sin recoger fuera de la casa.
