The staff for the most part apart from one specific staff member is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are done fairly quickly and Jacqueline was a wonder for our leasing process. They have a good system in place and they seem eager to improve. I have not been here for long but so far so good!

No se renten aquí Horribleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee La administración deja mucho que desear. Solo saben pedir papeles y dar excusas, pero a la hora de solucionar algo, todo es una exagerada burocracia. No muestran interés real por el bienestar de los residentes. ¡Una total falta de respeto y profesionalismo!
No lo recomiendo para nada ! Este lugar tienes las instalaciones viejas, tanto así que hay muchas cucarachas y no es en uno específico hablo de varios! El personal de oficina es grosero, solo son cordiales cuando te vas a mudar una vez q estás dentro pobre de ti ! Piénsalo bien antes de vivir allí ! Tenía una casita de juego para mi hija en el patio y me lo mandaron a quitar porq a ellos no les gustaba, puse hojitas verdes para decorar y tampoco les gustaba ! We never really have a problem here. They are quick to fix things when they pop up and leave us be unless to update us on a need or building maintenance. Parking can be interesting when it’s the evening and everyone is off but that’s normal at any apartment with unassigned parking
