I had to edit it to bring it back.*** We are leaving Palmetto Place after consistently paying rent on time, following community rules, and trying to work professionally with management regarding ongoing issues throughout our tenancy. Ashlee in the office was amazing to work with. She answered every question and helped us whenever we needed help! I would recommend coming in and see what she can do for you to assist you in finding a new home! Thanks Ashlee! Great pricing and good area in Kendall. Pool, gym, dog park, two Pickleball courts all in the community & kings of meadows community park right across the street. Jessica was truly amazing and helped me a lot to meet a deadline and move in. Nice community!!!
I’ve had a great experience at Palmetto Place! The location is super convenient, the community is peaceful, and everything is well-maintained. They are going through renovations, which is making the community look so good. The staff is friendly and responsive, which makes living here even better. Overall, it’s a comfortable and reliable place to live.
