If I could give no stars I would. Why is there basically no adult supervision, children outside running bikes into people car, children leaving bikes and toys in the middle of the driveway where cars drive, children playing while hitting people cars and balls being thrown at people cars. Also I have observed a grown person hitting people cars with the doors if his car.
