RecommendedVery friendly community. We have been here since last October and it has been very welcoming. Maintenance and management have been very helpful and supportive, especially since my husband became handicap while we have been here.
Its been a little over a year since i've started living here. So far, my experience has been great. Neighbors, office and maintenance staff are great. Location was my main reason to choose Palmetto Place, but the community is so much more.
Really nice people live here, the front office staff, including the maintenance staff, are terrific. There are new amenities, Including an all-weather youth playing field and a dog park!

Well when I moved in here I loved it but right after we renewed our lease we obtained a bug problem! The complex comes to "spray" our apartment but we have now been dealing with this for 4 months! The bugs are coming through cracks in the walls and falling out of the ceiling in to my bed while I'm sleeping. There is a much bigger problem then they are willing to deal with! Just spraying 1 or 2 apartments isnt enough!!!

I've lived at Palmetto Place for a few years now and I absolutely love the community. They keep up with maintenance requests in a timely manner, and the community events held really make it feel like home. They've updated the gym so it looks less like a cardio room and more like a versatile gym. I can't wait to see what they upgrade next
