Please read these reviews. The worst medical practice I have ever come across. Having surgery or a procedure? No one will call you with the results. "Just keep checking your MyChart." Want to know what those life-altering results mean? Good luck. The staff will not answer the phone or call you back. Always get here 10mins early and they never call us back on time it’s always over an hour late if not more! They have to do better! Or start scheduling appointments further apart!!!!
Nobody ever answers the phones or returns calls- to say this is VERY unprofessional is being nice. I received a call to set up an appointment for my daughter. The lady stated that I would receive an email and text with said information. I never received anything. I tried to call several times, even tried different extensions. NO ANSWER....NO RETURN CALL! But let me miss this appointment and its my fault. Y'all need to do better or hire people that will actually do their job.
I highly recommend traveling out of town rather than wasting time and money at this place. We went here for an issue and now that we know what the cause was (a year later), I can confidently say it was something that should have easily been resolved by any GI specialist in a matter of weeks. However, they could not solve a very simple health problem my son was having. Honestly, AI is probably better than going to this practice. Go to Greenville or MUSC!!
Was a good place to go, now it’s horrible. They canceled my daughter’s appointment and can’t give a reason then can’t see her again until August. Now my daughter is without medicine that she needs. Nurse and doctor were completely rude and said we cancelled the appointment, definite not true as it was scheduled in November of last year.
