I love Dr puri and everything this practice has done for my daughter. She was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and they have been so understanding and caring with us. I feel blessed to have them helping her live normally with this disease .
My daughter’s pediatrician called in an urgent GI consult on a Monday morning. I was called later that afternoon to schedule an appointment and in the office by Tuesday afternoon. Short wait time in the office before getting called back. The staff were friendly and prompt. Dr Cory Jones listened to our history and asked questions from beginning to end. I truly felt heard. Worst practice ever. Took my daughter in on October 28th for severe abdominal pain and random vomiting. They ran a lot of test and as of today November 10th I have not heard a word back from them. Thanks to my chart I know that some of her test came back abnormal. I have been trying to reach them by phone and messages through my chart with no success. My daughter’s condition is getting worse. I am seeking another doctor immediately! Save yourself trouble and seek another pediatric gastroenterologist practice.
Please read these reviews. The worst medical practice I have ever come across. Having surgery or a procedure? No one will call you with the results. "Just keep checking your MyChart." Want to know what those life-altering results mean? Good luck. The staff will not answer the phone or call you back.
