Susan is not a nice lady they don’t get rid of the kids that’s causing problems at this apartment complex cops always gets called almost every night car gets broken into don’t live her they don’t care about your car or anything all they want is money and make you broke. They are not affordable houseing for low income
If you are under the impression that these apartments were safe and drug free. That is absolutely NOT the case. Management is well aware and deems such concerns a "civil matter" and advises calling the police. Which will actually subject the residents who do not partake in those activities to an even more hostile environment.
The person I talked to on phone was professional I gave one star because they had me pay a fee to run credit and background before showing me an apt. And on the phone told me I didn't qualify without any documents or proof of income
After reading all of the horrific reviews of this joint. Im going to stay farr away and not even give these apartments a chance. Thank you guys for your imput.
