The person I talked to on phone was professional I gave one star because they had me pay a fee to run credit and background before showing me an apt. And on the phone told me I didn't qualify without any documents or proof of income

This place put one of my good friends who is pregnant with twins, threw a ringer for months, asking for many different documents and explanations of gifts that were given to her by her family and looking for every single reason to possibly deny the application or say she makes too much money because she was very close on that threshold.
