Corporate never picks up the phone and never returning your calls and then charging illegal these fees on your bill
The WORST COMMUNITY EVER!!!! Please don't move here because the property manager is HORRIBLE! She is nasty to her tenants and this landlord does not answer the phone when her tenants have needs. They don't fix ANYTHING AND HAVE UNRELIABLE EMPLOYEES!!! So don't waste your time living in this nasty community. My son lives here and it is not a safe place to live.
New manager is a dictator To all existing tenants, contact a housing lawyer and keep everything documented, sue company for breaching the housing agreement but also contact the BBB! GOOGLE "own a house in a trailer park and manager is illegally raising rent and threatening" it will show the steps to take but what she is doing is 100% ILLEGAL.
