I rate palmetto plans a zero all across the board been here for six years my home has been infested with rats and roaches more than one time because of the slack management that don’t keep up with the cleaning of the properties dogs and cats everywhere they are scratching up my vehicles the Manager tagged on all kind of fees on your rent bill to make it go up..not safe all kind of different kids come from other neighborhoods trying to break in . Would rate 0 stars if i could. EVERYTHING is infested with roaches, they have people to come and spray when you complain to management and it does NOTHING. Even when you have an insane amount cleanliness, bleach everything every night, and vacuum 3 times a day, NOTHING HELPS. Then, when you step outside of your trailer, you are greeted with MORE AND MORE roaches outside crawling around waiting for a trailer to get in.
