I am the General Manager for a large corporation with a local branch that endeavored to do business with Palmetto. After speaking to Dan who came out 2 days later than he promised to do an estimate, I will never do business with this company. Dan was rude and belligerent, spoke condescendingly to me, and tried to charge me for things that were not even going to be done. LIAR!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I Spoke with Dan, if he does own the place he sure acts like he does. I received a call from dan after he sent his techs out to my place (a day late...but never mind that) after the inspection Dan calls me with his techs review and adjust price. After receiving the new price I a one question regarding a service outlined in the new price which seemed to contradictory to Dans first remarks to me.
