Florence's Best Service Department – My entire immediate family ownes and drives a Nissan. 5 in total. The reason why is simple. Honesty, dependability, integrity, and a vast experience in sales and sevice (new and used). They make you feel at home when you bring your vehicle in for servicing or if you are looking to buy something new or used. I trust the folks at Palmetto Nissan and I will continue to use and reccomend them in the future.

Honest and Professional – I have purchased my last two vehicles at Palmetto Nissan and have been extrememly happy with my experience there. I have always gotten my vehicles serviced and washed there as well. I highly recommend this dealership. They have always exceeded my expectations in purchasing or maintaining my vehicles. If you want an honest and reputable dealership, this is where you should go without hesitation.

2011 Altima Bad Paint – My salesperson was Kurt Brown,he is honest and the most helpful saleman I have every had.I have purchased at least 12 new cars.My wifes black altima had 6500 miles on it and the paint had places in it that looked like rust about the size of a ballpoint pen. After conversations with Ralph the manager he said he would and has made us happly customers...He replaced the car with a brand new one with 2 option our car did not have. The process took about one week and during that time Ralph kept me informed.... read more

I have been a customer of Palmetto Nissan for the past 10 years and have purchased 4 vehicles from them during this period of time. I have never had anything except pleasant and satisfying experiences when making a purchase or having service preformed. In the case of "Amyogle", a lot of time it has to do with your attitude when you're trying to get help from someone. Like the old saying "You get more with honey than vinegar". I want to thank Palmetto Nissan for giving me an exceptional buying experience. The entire dealership was very professional. The sales staff and management were all extremely pleasant. It was like they were all part of a team, as though I was dealing with everyone helping me instead of just one sales person. They were never pushy and made the entire process flow with ease. The receptionist was completely unhelpful and I never could get through to talk to the sales manager like I had originally asked! I would not recommend!
