This place is horrible. The Drs never communicate with the family. The staff is rude. The seniors are not treated well at all. Please keep your loved one away from this place!

They misspelled my name, never fixed it and then asked for my ‘Birth Certificate’. Then, They had me and another patient wait over 5 minutes in front of them; I was just waiting to ask for a towel, soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste. No attention to the patients. 2 days of watching TV and eating without evaluations. The entire facility was cold. If you tell them your situation… they tell you to basically get over it, then, try to put you on pills. I am extremely disappointed. I was taught to pay attention to the statement give... read more
