I started coming to see Dr. Welker on November 8th 2016 weighing in at 182 pounds and as of today, I weigh in at a 152 pounds! That is a 30 pound loss with boosting my metabolism, changing my eating habits to make a lifestyle change and exercising. I love the whole team and Dr. Welker!
