The staff is the worse they overbook the Dr a bully worse experience in my life
this is strictly about the scheduling and lack of time management. my appt was 7am. i arrived at 6:30am. it’s 9:40am and im still waiting for it to be my turn. i understand surgeries can be unpredictable, but I overheard the patient was late, and her surgery on top of it is difficult. Nobody is saying to rush their surgery however it seems that lack of consideration for those who arrive on time. And by 3 hours is just unacceptable.
