Giving one star because zero is not an option. Nursing staff are kind and understanding; unfortunately, they can’t overcome the organizational problems. My daughter needs an infusion every 3 months. I learned the first time to call every few days to make sure things were progressing for her to receive treatment. *No* step of the approval process happened without my intervention and pushing. I’ve been to this one twice and the one in Greenville twice. Great experience at either place! Just wanted to ease any concerns because of the bad reviews th at are also old. The people and experiences have been great, in every way.
My husband is a double lung recipient and started his infusions in this facility 2 months ago. Three weeks ago he was driving home from his 2nd infusion and started feeling sick. We we aware of the possible side effects from this infusion, but he felt different from the first one he had there. Two weeks later we received a call from our transplant coordinator telling us my husband was given a double dose during his IVIG infusion. I have been going for a little over a year to Anderson center the Drs, nurse Courtey, Emily, Tina and all the guys there are so good to patients. And front desk Megan. My infusion is 4 hrs so I spend all morning there 1 month. Such a pleasure to have a great staff as much time I have to spend there.
First year my son used since starting college. Billing/account services are "challenged" to say the least. Very unethical business practices. Have had a credit on the account for literally months and get nothing but excuses as to why can't get back. Very disappointed with the level of customer service received!
