I just got totally ripped off by palmetto. I received my prolia shot and was charged $403 while the woman in the seat next to me was charged $33 because of a coupon that she was offered by palmetto. If it's not legally wrong it's certainly Morally and ethically. My problem is not with the nurse or the facility but certainly the company as a whole at the billing department
